Once we receive your return, we will immediately proceed with the exchange or issue a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping via BOX NOW: BOX NOW, as a shipping method, allows you to pick up your package yourself, at any time you want, at one of the BOX NOW LOCKER automatic pickup machines near your home or work. Select BOX NOW as the shipping method when placing your order, the Locker that serves you on the map and upon delivery of the package to the Locker, you will receive a message with the Pin that opens your BOX NOW box. This service has a shipping cost of 1.50 euros for orders under 50 euros. For orders over 50 euros, the service has no shipping costs. This BOX NOW shipping service is available for prepaid orders. Your package will wait at the BOX NOW box for 48 hours. You can extend it for another 48 hours via the website https://track.boxnow.gr/ or by calling the call center 2111005301.

Shipping via SPEEDEX COURIER to your address of residence or wherever you wish with free shipping costs for purchases over 50 euros. Shipping costs for orders under 50 euros are 5 euros. Cash on delivery costs are 3 euros. Your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days.
